Frederick Stegall ordered a new John Deere Corn Planter around World War II, which were very hard to get at the time due to the War.   Even after the War, he still had not got one, while other's around him had been able to.

Louis Moon, on one of his trips back and forth taking Anita Moon to College in Normal Illinois, stopped at a John Deere Dealer in Goodfield Illinois, asking about John Deere Corn Planters.   They had two, still in unopened crates, that required assembly.   He asked if he could buy both, since he wanted one, and he knew Fred wanted one, and so he cut a deal for both.   Fred, his son Frederick and Lewis Moon all went back over to Goodfield Illinois to pick up the two corn planters.   After they got them home, everyone around the entire area wondered how they got them, and all Louis or Fred would say is they bought them at a John Deer Dealer known as Handgartner and Bitner, not telling them where, because nobody ever had heard of them.
